Silicone base as make-up base:

Primer Base is a silicone base that on the skin surface forms a thin mesh which smoothes and tightens skin imperfections. The product should be applied on cleaned skin, preferably after using the cream, and before applying fluid. The light, gel consistency does not burden the skin, ensuring that the base is evenly spread and remains in place for longer time.
