Draw a heavy line with THE ULTIMATE EYE LINER – WITH A TWIST making it thicker in the outer corner of the eye.

Use the smudger at the end of the eye liner to smudge it out.

If applying dark eye shadow on top, the liner becomes a bit softer and will last longer.
